The Neerabup premises at 1/42 Pinnacle Drive is about 15 minutes from the Joondalup city centre, which is why the northern branch runs these jobs instead of the Bibra Lake warehouse. The suburb sits inland of the coast. Summer heat, roof direction and the existing board decide the design. Salt spray does not.
