A product warranty is only as reliable as the company servicing it. We own both the product and the installation cover, and we are the ones who answer the phone when you need either.
Every PSW installation is protected by a 15-year workmanship warranty and 10-year balance-of-system cover from Perth Solar Warehouse, layered on top of manufacturer warranties (up to 25 years on panels). One local phone number handles every claim.
Product guarantee
Manufacturer warranties on panels, inverters and batteries — sourced through authorised, manufacturer-accredited channels, so the cover that comes with your hardware is genuine and will be honoured.
Installation guarantee
15 years on our workmanship and 10 on the balance of system, from a licensed WA electrical contractor. Installation is 80% in-house, 20% subcontractors.
