Bunbury is the southern boundary of the area we install in. Town houses and farm sheds are quoted at the same prices as metro Perth, with no regional loading, and they carry the same 15-year workmanship warranty. Installation is 80% in-house and 20% subcontractors on these longer jobs as well. In town the roofs mix older coastal housing with newer estates. Outside town the specialty is the rural system, where a shed roof changes the layout. Crews travel from the Bibra Lake warehouse at 3/90 Discovery Drive, which is the closer premises by a long way. Grid connections are lodged with Western Power, the same network operator as metro Perth.
